Responsibilities include:

• Support manager for overseeing import/export control for all branch offices in the company as well as group companies
• Monitor and input customs liquidation information into our system in each branch offices in the company
• Work for C-TPAT maintenance, compliance and revalidation
• Monitor and arrange customs clearance and export logistics as well as customs entry auditing
• Provide assistance to branch offices/group companies for reliable and favorable solutions to their transportation and logistics needs
• Work and coordinate with Japan and other offices for the compliance and implementation of procedures for the new CBP/US customs, importers security filing
• Arrange customs and duty drawback bonds to meet the business volume
• Establish a relationship with insurance broker/carriers to obtain the most advantageous terms and conditions
• Arrange the proper coverage with evaluations and assessment of overall risk management (both Non marina and marine insurance)
• Advise manager/management on strategies and improvements to assure the continued profitability of the company
• File and settle claims (both Non marine and marine) with insurance broker/carrier

Skill requirement:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Working knowledge in cargo Insurance, Compliance, CBP, trading related subjects
• Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Prior logistics/freight forwarding experience highly preferred
• Travel Frequency: 10-30% depends on clients’ needs
