Responsibilities

• Reviews bills of lading for incoming merchandise and customer orders in order to plan work activities.
• Standardize company warehouse operations and procedures in accordance with Company Management System of quality and customer service satisfaction
• Establishes operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory.
• Ability to handle time sensitive deadline dates of all logistics and transportation requirements
• Coordinates activities of distribution warehouse with activities of sales, record control, and purchasing departments to ensure availability of merchandise.
• Continually improve practices from PCDA cycle for Quality Warehouse Management
• Prepare regular management reports for senior management review
• Maintain performance statistics and ensure accurate record keeping of operational evaluation and improvements tracking KPI/KGI’s
• Analyze data and ensure timeliness of all logistics and transportation requirements are met
• Make sure all regulations such as TSA/CTPAT/TAPA/CFS are followed and ready for inspection.
• Support customers with problems or concerns.
• Provide Analysis on Warehouse and WMS
• Control Inventories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Warehouse Supervisor experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in warehouse
• Communication Skills required
• Microsoft Skills required
• Software includes the use of Windows operating system
