Essential Duties:

• 50% Prepare import shipments for assigned customers. This may include customs
  clearance, shipping, labeling, and distribution of cargo. Generate delivery orders
  and shipping labels as needed.
• 25% Provide customer service through direct contact with the customer.
• 10% Communicate with other departments such as customs brokerage and
  warehouse.
• 10% Communicate with subcontractors such as truckers and airlines in order to
  obtain necessary information in order to process shipments in the best way.
• 5% Filing and data entry.
  Other Functions:
• Responsible for account receivable for assigned accounts to collect Unpaid
  invoices within credit term.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or
  appropriate working experience.
• Approximately 2 years department or industry experience
• Proficient in keyboard operation

Skills & Abilities:

• Analytical skill (Familiar with logistics concept and planning concept)
• Knowledge of international commerce (sales and payment term, method, customs
  regulations etc.)
• Knowledge of Consolidator system
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT), State, Federal and Interstate
  Commerce commission (ICC) regulation
• Communication Skill
