• Assist in communication between FBH and Companies by translating between Japanese and English.
• Understand technical matters, problems and etc., explain and communicate about those between FBH and Companies.
• Summarize memorandum, technical documents and etc. in both Japanese and English based on the communications between FBH and Companies
• Assist in producing FBH official documents in both Japanese and English based on advices and instructions of Engineering Manager.
• Support to arrange accommodation, transportation and etc. for guests, especially for guests from Japan and/or Japanese guests.
• Understand products, services and capabilities of FBH and Companies.
• Support engineering, manufacturing, servicing of both Machine and Tooling department.
• Demonstrate commitment to FBH’s positive and respectful workplace environment by leading, acting and behaving in a professional manner.
• Develop close working relationships with Companies, and customers if necessary.
• Display proficient use of interpersonal skills via phone and email, engage and probe customer to ensure their true needs are determined and provide optimal solutions.
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to all incoming tasks and outbound activities and resolve issues.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
