Responsibilities:

• Work from work orders, sales documents and other documentation. receive and review quarterly schedule which is updated weekly.
• Install molding parts and other mechanism on equipment to prepare and complete machinery in-house for delivery to customers,
• Communicate in advance of installation, with customer or supervisor to determine parts requirements, and order parts for use in installation or maintenance calls, to be delivered to customer location.
• Travel to job site to respond to customer needs. Install new machinery, ensure the proper operation of equipment in customer production environment to meet customer's operation standards, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical operations.
• Travel with sales representative to meet with potential customer to provide technical information as required.
• Prepare and issue periodic reports to document activities and expenses.
• Enter the information in the online system in compliance with schedules and policies.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing to travel domestically
• Must be motivated, willing to learn and can work as a team with other team member
• Must have a good organization skills, time-management skills, and communication skills
