Responsibilities:

• Process import/export shipments working with client/customs/vendors
• Populate and update import/export systems
• Seamless coordination among operations, management and sales dept.
• Establish report with carriers, i.e. Airlines, steamship lines, and trucking companies in order to obtain competitive rates.
• Increase business relationship with the client
• Keep updated on ever changing rules and regulations relative to transportation.
• Prepare accurate accounting for each shipment

Qualifications:

• A few years of freight forwarder experience is strongly preferred but not must
• Great communication skills
• Able to work on-site, not remote
