Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry into operating system
- Create and handle order documents
- Send order and shipping related documents to customer and warehouse
- Track open orders and product availability
- Customer interface via phone, fax, and email
- Oversee shipments and analyze toll manufacturing test results daily.
- Sending batch approval documentation
Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum clerical experience
- Detail Oriented, accurate, and precise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Adapt to Japanese business culture
- Work independently and parallel with other external and internal team members
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience/knowledge of mainframe interfaced software
