Responsibilities:

• Engage in a whole process of booking including taking booking requests, ensuring the accuracy of booking rate, and consolidation/routing shipments.
• Prepare/negotiate spot rate with airlines.
• Consolidate cargo for the best net and benefit of the company.
• Prepare a complete set of export documentation including commercial invoice, HAWB, DG, and AES.
• Ensure the delivery of cargo and documentation to the airline by the flight cutoff.
• Send pre-alert documents to overseas destinations.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Support/team up with a domestic team for coordinating freight pick-up/drop-off.
• Communicate with carriers in origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling and delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers (air carriers, trucking companies, and others involved).
• Understand and can apply TSA regulations for moving air export cargo.
• Have knowledge of airport codes, carrier routings, geographic knowledge of key cities in each country.
• Detail orientated and strong follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time management skills
