One of our clients - a Manufacturer of Industrial Drying and Pneumatic Conveying Equipment - is currently looking for a Regional Sales Representative. This position is pays up to $80K per year.


  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
  • Identifies sales prospects and contact them and other accounts as assigned to introduce the Company products.
  • Screens leads, provides initial technical data, and determines appropriate prioritization and enters qualified leads into the Company’s sales pipeline.
  • Visits customer sites to gather information for quotations; includes sizing equipment.
  • Quotes prices and credit terms, prepares sales contracts, and monitors delivery schedules for orders obtained.
  • Develops sales and action targets and submits monthly action plan; Actively implements the strategic sales plan accordingly.
  • Works with engineers to determine detailed specification of orders obtained.
  • Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
  • Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product feature
  • Responsible in collecting past due invoices, ensuring the sustainment of customers credit from being hold
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment
  • Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production
  • Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets.
  • Responsible for answering current and prospective customers’ questions and inquiries about the products.
  • Stays involved and works closely with customers for smooth transactions.
  • Receives and processes orders, provides information regarding current pricing, changes in service, discontinuance of items, and shipping.

 Summary of Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Three to five years of manufacturing sales
  • General understanding of the principles of sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Superb Customer service excellence
  • Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
  • Travel 50-70% for company business.
