One of our clients, a manufacturer of metal stamping for the automotive industry, is looking for a Customer Service Agent. This position is on-site, non-exempt at $40-45K (about $19.20-21.60/hour) and 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday though Friday.

Summary of Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Data entry and documentation skills
• Excellent, communication reporting, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• High School Diploma required.

Summary Responsibilities

• Receives and processes Request For Quote from customers
• Coordinates to create price estimations with Sales, Engineering internally, and head office in Japan
• Keeps track of inventory by communicating with warehouse
• Coordinates with the head office in Japan for international shipments coming to warehouse
• Creates external and internal reports
