One of our clients - Global Manufacturing company is currently looking for a Field Service Technician. This position pays $60-70K per year based on skills and experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, mechanical inspection, and repair of extruders
- Scheduling for troubleshooting, inspection, and repair work with clients
- Making and submitting service reports after completing client calls (troubleshooting, inspection,
and repair work)
- Performing mechanical inspection and proposal for parts replacement of auxiliary equipment
(e.g.) feeder, hot water circulation system, pumps, screen changer, pelletizer, etc.
- Assisting and training clients for maintenance of extruders
- Supporting customers about issues of extruders via telephone and email
- Developing and maintaining superior customer relations through technical service
- Submitting the weekly report to a service manager
- Visiting clients with the sales rep. and technicians for sales activities
- Visiting clients in order to check the extruder's condition

Minimum Qualification/Requirements:
- Must have good experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of an extruder and/
or other rotating machines
- Must be able to interpret blueprints of equipment
- Must have experience with Microsoft office
- Must be able to travel for work 50%-60% to Ohio, Texas, Canada (1-2 times per year)
