Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Complies to company policy and guideline, highly concerned with safety, health and environment.
Manages assigned accounts for contract / credit line / pricing and achieves volume / margin target with supervisor’s guidance (when necessary).
Builds relationship with PIC or decision-maker of customers, distributors and 3rd parties as day-to-day single point of contact.
Develops 1-year account sales plan including OEM FF, OEM SF, national program, distributor sales, promotion with supervisor’s guidance (when necessary) and executes the plan to achieve the target with support by relevant functions.
Collects market information including macro / industry statistics, product trend and competitor’s activity when necessary.
Assists seamless order to cash process via co-work with relevant functions.
Joins company project on demand basis.

- Experience or ability of communicating with customers and 3rd parties
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
