One of our clients - a Global Logistics Company- is currently looking for an Air Export Agent. This position is pays $19-20 per hour. This position is full-time, direct hire, and exempt. 

Responsibilities: 

• Tracking shipments and communicating with clients and vendors about the shipment’s progress 
• Reviewing all entries, documents and files records for accuracy before submitting to supervisor for final review.  
• Booking a flight arrangement for meeting customer’s requested ETA. 
• Coordinating any necessary ground transportation.
• Receiving cargoes, check the conditions, make notes and report to any damages/discrepancies. 
• Repack cargoes to appropriate packages for air export. 
• Handle claims with insurance companies if any problems happen. 
• Ensure that all documents are in compliance with company policies and federal/state laws/regulations. 

Qualifications: 

• Min. AA degree, college degree preferred 
• 0 year experience in transportation industries, preferred 
• Accurate Data Entry skills 
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills 
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced work environment at times under pressure 
• Ability to drive a car 
• Ability to lift a box/bag at 55 lbs
