One of our clients - a Manufacturing Company - is currently looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Agent. This position is temp-to-hire (3 months) and pays $18-$20 per hour based on experience.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Customer Service via by phone, email or in person.
• Receive, enter, or change order information in company system.
• Answer questions and manage requests for customers.
• Handle complaints concerning the products, shipping, billing, or service; referring complaints to designated departments for investigation.
