Position Summary

· Perform duties to provide installation and repair services for customers

· Provide technical expertise in support of sales staff

Job Responsibilities

On-site duties:

· Installing parts on equipment, completing build of machinery for delivery to customers

· Communicating with customers to determine installation requirements

· Ordering parts for use in installation or maintenance calls (delivered to customer)

Off-site duties:

· Traveling to the client site

· Installing new machinery and ensuring the proper operation of equipment at customer’s site

· Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mechanical operations.

· Traveling with sales representative, providing technical support for potential customers

· Receiving and reviewing quarterly schedule (updated weekly).

· Documenting and reporting travel activities and expenses.

· Entering the information in the online system in compliance with schedule and policies.

Job Requirements

· HS diploma required

· Higher education (certificate, degree, etc.) in mechanical/technical discipline a plus

· Willingness to travel at least 70%, domestically and internationally

· Willingness to learn required terminology and proper handling of injection molding equipment

· Independent, with excellent time management and decision-making skills

· Microsoft Office skills

· Valid driver's license
