Summary of Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Ocean Export shipments (possible Air/Ocean Import/Export)
• Including answering shipment inquiries from customers by phone calls and email
• Verify ocean bills of lading, other export documents and AES filing in its system
• Understanding the government regulations and preparing the documents for shipments
• Ensure accuracy of, audit and maintain documentation
• Receiving invoices from carriers, terminal, and processing payment for accounting
• Billing entries to the customers
• Data entry for all the shipments
• Other related duties as assigned

 Summary of Qualifications:

• College degree required
• Interest in logistics required
• Japanese or Spanish language skills a plus
• Efficient time management, communication and troubleshooting
• Able to be flexible and adaptable
• Abel to work and learn independently as well as with others
