Primary Responsibilities:
• Requests quote from existing and new customers
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and build trust
• Increase customer satisfaction through problem solving and support
• Retain and expand existing customers
• Finding new suppliers
• Acquisition of new customers
• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Clearly communicate product or service features and benefits, and propose solutions tailored to customer needs
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
• Reporting and Recording

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Active listening and ability to understand customer needs
• Teamwork and spirit of cooperation
• Ability to deliver results under pressure
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%-75% of the time
• Willingness to participate in any meetings or calls during early morning or late evening to accommodate the international business partner or customers.
