Summary of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments with the importer / customer
- Data entry including data to US Customs and other government agencies
- Document processing and checking
- Monitoring shipments
- Truck / Drayage arrangements with vendors
- Arrangements with Warehouse department for receiving
- Approve vendor invoices and process for payment
- Generate invoice to customers
- Arranging Pierpass
- Audit and maintain files
- Ensure the accuracy of all documents
Summary of Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 2-4 years of college education (or equivalent relevant experience) a huge plus
- Strong written/oral communication skills
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Reasoning, decision making, and time management skills
