Summary of Responsibilities:

• Customer Service via phone, email or in person.
• Receive, enter, or change order information in company system.
• Answer questions and manage requests for customers.
• Handle complaints concerning the products, shipping, billing, or service; referring complaints to designated departments for investigation.
• Eventual Promotion to Outside Sales role.
