Responsibilities:
- Prepare import shipments for assigned customers. This may include customs clearance, shipping, labeling, and distribution of cargo. Generate delivery orders and shipping labels as needed
- Provide customer support to direct clients and agents
- Issue invoices and prepare the necessary documentation for freight logistics
- Communicate with other departments such as customs brokerage and warehouse
- Filing and data entry
- Other duties will be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years of logistics operations experience at trading/ manufacturing industries a huge plus
- Strong communication Skill in English
- Ability to multi-task successfully and adapt to changes quickly
