Summary of Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry into operating system
• Create and handle order documents
• Send order and shipping related documents to customer and warehouse
• Track open orders and product availability
• Customer interface via phone, fax, and email
• Provide tacking information to customers
• Oversee shipments and analyze test results daily.
• Sending batch approval documentation

Summary of Qualifications:

• 2 years clerical experience, preferably in supply chain or procurement
• Detail Oriented, accurate, and precise
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Adapt to Japanese business culture
• Work independently and parallel with other external and internal team members
• Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office
