Responsibilities:
• Receive, review, prepare, issue import documentation for shipments.
• Coordinate with transportation companies for the timely arrival and departure of shipments.
• Communicate with clients, overseas agents, and vendors for the updating, monitoring, and troubleshooting of shipments.
• Collaborate with operations and warehousing teams to optimize efficient handling, processing, and delivery of shipping services.
• Ensure accuracy and international compliance of records, updating internal systems with shipment details and status.
• Support shipment data analysis and report preparation.
• Handle payments, billing, claims, and customer needs in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
· Knowledge of supply chain concepts is a plus.
· Accurate Data Entry skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt at times under pressure.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
· Microsoft Office skills.
