Job Responsibilities

On-site duties:
• Technical support via phone or email
• Ordering of parts or machinery for delivery to customer location

Off-site duties:
• Traveling to the customer site
• Installing, testing, modifications of CNC Lathe machinery
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintenance of currently installed machines
• Providing training of machines to customer’s workers
• Traveling with sales representative, providing technical support for potential customers

Job Requirements
• HS diploma required; related higher education (certificate, degree, etc.) a plus.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% domestically (mostly IL, OH, WI)
• Mechanical, electrical, and analytical aptitude
• Willingness to learn required terminology, proper handling, and documents associated with CNC Lathe equipment
• Time management, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Interpersonal and customer service/support skills
• Physical capabilities to stand, bend, climb and walk for extended periods as well as lifting equipment
• Intermediate or higher Japanese language ability required
• Valid driver's license
