Summary:
• Responsible for supporting Project Management Task.
• Work with 5 project managers.
• Responsible for NVH (Noise, vibration, and harshness) products (Engine Mount, Suspension Bushing etc.)
• Report to General Manager or Sr. Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Prototype quality
• Quality Inspection of prototype and supplier parts, take appropriate action when identifying issues.
• Confirm the preparation of quality documentation.
• CMM (Coordinate Mensurating Machine) measurement and data analysis
• Management of prototype quality data

2. Prototype Delivery
• Support parts delivery to the customer: packaging, paperwork, shipment.
• Arrange shipment with transportation company
• Prepare shipping paperwork and quality data.

3. Support plant quality
• Understand plant quality issues and support problem solving
• Track customer warranty for each plant
• Support warranty parts investigation to Project Manager

4. Support customer quality
• Visit customers to get the information of quality issues and share the information with quality team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of principles of drawing, GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) and BOM (Bill of materials) are preferred
• Proficiency in the use of computers for word processing, Data base management and spread sheet (Excel)
• Must be motivated, thorough, patient, willing to learn, and can work as a team with other multi-national team- mates.
