Responsibilities:
◆ Drive new sales initiatives:
・Sales activities targeting Japanese, U.S., and European Tier-1 suppliers
・Develop new clients, focusing on the automotive industry
・Formulate and execute sales strategies
◆Build sales strategies based on market research:
・Formulate and manage sales plans (for assigned responsibilities only)
◆Establish customer relationships:
・Expand business with existing customers (local team already in place for this)
・Build networks with local companies and suppliers
◆Support establishment of the office
・Select properties and coordinate the establishment of a local entity
・Organize team structure

Qualifications:
◆Business-level or higher English proficiency, capable of conducting negotiations in English.
◆3+ years of experience in manufacturing sales.
◆Proven track record of achievements in new business development sales.
◆Capable of working outside Detroit proper.
◆Willing to travel domestically within the U.S. (primarily the Midwest: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois; with possible trips to Georgia, South Carolina, Canada, and other locations).
