Responsibilities:
• Research and bring in new business and prospects seeking automation engineering services
• Manage and develop strong relationships with assigned customer accounts by understanding
client’s needs, production, goals, and outlook through frequent visitation and communication
• Create quotations and manage project schedules, budgets, and marketing strategies
• Work closely with and support engineering throughout projects' timelines, by collaborating with
suppliers, subcontractors, and administration
• Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
• Compile and analyze data to discover trends
• Stay current on company offerings and industry shifts
• Develop sales strategies and set individual quotas
• Build long-lasting, amicable relationships with contacts to create better customer experience
• Professionally resolve complaints and concerns
• Provide excellent post-sales support to increase customer dedication
• Respond to issues quickly and aim for complete customer satisfaction
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
• Create and process orders in a timely manner and frequently review pending orders
• Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
• Report any unusual or unsafe activities to supervisors

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of manufacturing industries (Automotive, Machinery, Electronic Components etc)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software– Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Japanese language skills are a plus
• Travel is approximately 15-20% (A couple times per month)
