One of our clients, Plastic Automotive Part Manufacturing Plant, is looking for a Production Control Specialist. This position is Direct Hire and pays $17-18/hour.  

Summary of Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring production equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and taking appropriate measures when issues arise
• Coordinating with other departments, such as shipping or accounting, to ensure that production runs smoothly 
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods 
• Calculating labor costs to determine profit margins or loss potentials 
• Tracking the status of each order using a computer program or chart 
• Monitoring employee attendance and productivity to ensure efficient production 
• Coordinating with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their orders 
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency that could reduce costs 
• Reviewing production schedules to ensure they are feasible based on available resources. 

Summary of Qualifications: 

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus 
• Accurate data entry into company system 
• Excellent time management and communication skills 
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
