Duties and Responsibilities:

Process customer sales orders.

Process customer sample requests and update sample manifest.

Process purchase orders and enter PO confirmation dates.
-
Communicate about product availability and ship dates.
-
Provide customers with order confirmations as needed.
-
Respond to incoming order-related inquiries, including material availability and pricing.
-
Resolve customer concerns promptly and tactfully.
-
Promote a cooperative and constructive atmosphere.
-
Support other departments as time permits.
-
Coordinate shipping schedules with Logistics.
-
Provide support to Technical Sales Department and Logistics as needed.
-
Assist with intradepartmental back-up as needed.
-
Implement 5S principles within the workplace.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Food Safety Reporting Responsibilities:

Report any food safety problems or concerns to the proper personnel authorized to initiate action.
