Position Summary

The Relocation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting household relocation services by coordinating on-site operations, assisting customers throughout the moving process, and ensuring shipments are handled safely and efficiently. This role requires strong customer service skills, physical capability, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to deliver a high-quality relocation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients upon arrival at their homes and provide professional on-site support
  • Conduct walkthroughs of residences to coordinate relocation and packing work
  • Move appliances, furniture, and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Pack household goods at customer locations according to company standards
  • Unload cargo and receive freight at the warehouse
  • Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver shipments
  • Assist customers by answering questions and guiding them in completing required documents accurately
  • Consolidate and prepare items for domestic and international shipments
  • Provide high-quality customer service before, during, and after delivery via in-person interaction, phone, and email

Required Knowledge
  • Basic computer skills, including typing on a keyboard

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to speak Japanese (a plus and additional benefit)
  • Prior experience in relocation, logistics, moving services, or customer-facing roles is a plus
