Position Summary
The Relocation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting household relocation services by coordinating on-site operations, assisting customers throughout the moving process, and ensuring shipments are handled safely and efficiently. This role requires strong customer service skills, physical capability, teamwork, and a proactive mindset to deliver a high-quality relocation experience.
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients upon arrival at their homes and provide professional on-site support

Conduct walkthroughs of residences to coordinate relocation and packing work

Move appliances, furniture, and equipment safely and efficiently

Pack household goods at customer locations according to company standards

Unload cargo and receive freight at the warehouse

Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver shipments

Assist customers by answering questions and guiding them in completing required documents accurately

Consolidate and prepare items for domestic and international shipments

Provide high-quality customer service before, during, and after delivery via in-person interaction, phone, and email
Required Knowledge

Basic computer skills, including typing on a keyboard
Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Preferred Qualifications

Ability to speak Japanese (a plus and additional benefit)

Prior experience in relocation, logistics, moving services, or customer-facing roles is a plus
