Job description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration or office support. Key responsibilities include preparing sales documents (quotes, invoices, records), managing order tracking and delivery updates, assisting with daily accounting tasks, and coordinating communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, and records for approval

Track orders and delivery schedules

Assist with shipping documentation and coordination

Maintain accurate sales and administrative records

Support trade show preparation and office supply management

Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff
Qualifications:

Experience in sales or administrative support

Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Valid driver’s license for occasional local travel
