RESPONSIBILITIES

· Research and Organize jobs based on customer specifications.

· Prepare Electrical and Pneumatic drawings in AutoCad.

· Generate bill of materials based on approved source lists or customer specifications.

· Follow control panel builds through construction at local panel shops.

· PLC programming based on customer Logic standards.

· Develop HMI applications.

· Write robot programs.

· Assist manufacturing on engineering issues during the build portion of projects.

· Provide startup assistance for project launch and in customer facilities.

· Communicate with customers as needed during all phases of projects.

· Conform to the quality system requirements, such as quality plans, procedures, work instructions, and keep quality records.

QUALIFICATIONS

· College graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.

· 2 years experience in Automotive Controls Engineering

· Proficient with Fanuc and or MotoMan robots.

· Proficient with AutoCad 2006 and higher.

· Good organizational, communication and inter-personal skills required.
