Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our client’s growing team in the food ingredient industry, based in West Dundee, IL. This role is ideal for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker with a background in Food Science or a related scientific discipline. No prior experience is required—new graduates are encouraged to apply!

As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll collaborate with technical teams and customers to support innovative solutions, promote products, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the food industry
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Travel to customer sites (approx. 30% after direct hire)
• Work closely with sales and R&D teams to develop tailored product solutions
• Keep up to date on food science trends and product developments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field (Biochemistry or similar accepted)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Sales experience in the food industry is a plus (not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
