Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse and customer service operations. This role involves processing orders, managing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring excellent customer service. You'll also handle clerical duties, scheduling, and communication between warehouse staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and shipping documents

Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and delivery schedules

Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests

Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with some time in the warehouse. Requires ability to sit, type, and occasionally move throughout the facility.
