Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting & Office Administrator to manage all accounting functions and oversee day-to-day office operations at our Livonia, MI office. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats, including responsibilities in accounting, HR administration, and general office support.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling monthly and annual closing processes, supporting HR activities such as onboarding and employee recordkeeping, and coordinating vendor and facility needs. This position also provides administrative support to various departments and occasional assistance to employees relocating from Japan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- CPA preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
- Excellent communication skills
