Summary
We are seeking a proven bilingual Sales Executive to lead business expansion in the Southern U.S. market. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing new opportunities with manufacturers, including OEMs and Tier 1 automotive suppliers. This role offers uncapped commission and operates primarily on a remote basis, with regular client visits and occasional travel to our Illinois office.
Responsibilities:

Lead sales efforts across the Southern U.S. (TN, KY, NC, TX, etc.) with a focus on generating $5M+ in annual sales.

Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and related manufacturers.

Promote and sell test and measurement equipment and related products.

Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, order placement, delivery coordination, and client follow-up.

Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue goals.

Record all client visits and online meetings in the D365 CRM system; prepare quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.

Provide market insights to management and participate in monthly company meetings (remote or onsite in Illinois).

Travel regularly for customer visits, training, and events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Proven record of generating $5M+ in annual sales revenue.

Experience selling to OEMs, Tier 1 automotive suppliers, or related manufacturing industries.

Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written & verbal).

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage workload independently in a remote setting.

Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
