A logistics company is seeking a Full-Time Air Import Coordinator (Entry Level) to support daily air import operations. No prior experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination

Arrange and monitor air freight shipments from origin to final destination
Documentation

Prepare, process, and distribute import-related documentation such as air waybills, import declarations, and delivery orders

Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time
Regulatory Compliance

Work with customs brokers and agents to ensure all import shipments comply with international regulations
Communication
-
Communicate daily with clients, vendors, agents, airlines, and truckers

Provide shipment updates and resolve issues as needed
Tracking & Tracing

Track inbound cargo and ensure milestones and timelines are met
Financial Administration

Create service invoices
-
Review and verify vendor and carrier invoices for accuracy prior to payment processing
Qualifications
