Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers regarding moving services and required documentation.

Assist customers in completing paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Support administrative and coordination tasks related to relocation services.

Provide professional and friendly customer service before, during, and after moves.

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed.
Qualifications

Japanese language proficiency required (spoken and written).

English communication skills required.

No specialized knowledge or prior experience required; training will be provided.
