Position Summary
This role is responsible for managing and growing sales of hydraulic components within assigned OEM accounts. The Sales Account Manager builds long-term customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and coordinates commercial activities between customers and internal departments to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Business Development
-
Manage and grow hydraulic component sales within OEM accounts

Identify expansion opportunities and execute strategic growth plans
-
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, etc.) to support business objectives
• Customer & Account Management
-
Build relationships with key decision-makers at OEM customers
-
Maintain proactive communication and conduct customer visits as needed
-
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms (with executive approval)

Support contract execution and ensure compliance with customer requirements

Monitor account performance and assist with collections when necessary
• Reporting & Internal Support

Participate in sales meetings and corporate initiatives

Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports in a timely manner

Support additional sales and marketing activities as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR
-
4–6 years of relevant experience
-
OEM sales experience preferred
-
Hydraulics / fluid power industry experience preferred
Skills

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

High attention to detail and organizational ability

Ability to manage multiple accounts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Solid understanding of business fundamentals
