One of our clients, a Global Logistics Company, is looking for an Interpreter and Customer Service member. This position is fulltime, non-exempt, and paid hourly at $20-21.

Work hours: 8:30am-4:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide interpretation support between customer and moving staff to ensure smooth moving process
  • Assist customers during the moves with excellent customer service
  • Provide safe, on-time, and dependable service
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Travel to site to assist client and staffs.
  • Assisting the moving staff with wrapping and packing
  • Ensure that no items are damaged while moving

Qualifications:

  • Native level Japanese language skill
  • A high school qualification or equivalent would be preferable
  • Developed teamwork and leadership skill
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Have positive attitude, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and/or with a team, exercise good judgment and sound decision-making required.
