One of our clients, a Global Logistics Company, is looking for an Interpreter and Customer Service member. This position is fulltime, non-exempt, and paid hourly at $20-21.
Work hours: 8:30am-4:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation support between customer and moving staff to ensure smooth moving process
- Assist customers during the moves with excellent customer service
- Provide safe, on-time, and dependable service
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Travel to site to assist client and staffs.
- Assisting the moving staff with wrapping and packing
- Ensure that no items are damaged while moving
Qualifications:
- Native level Japanese language skill
- A high school qualification or equivalent would be preferable
- Developed teamwork and leadership skill
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have positive attitude, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team, exercise good judgment and sound decision-making required.
