One of our clients, Plastic Automotive Part Manufacturing Plant, is looking for a Production Control Specialist. This position is Direct Hire and pays $40,000-50,000 per year.  

 Summary of Responsibilities: 

• Analyzing and maintaining automated paint equipment to ensure each order meets or exceeds client expectations.  
• Inspect and evaluate the paint job process, as well as a variety of pretreatment methods as needed. 
• Developing, testing, and implementing painting processes.
• Troubleshoot paint defects with technical support from paint vendors. 

Summary of Qualifications: 

• Five (5) years of paint application experience.
• Experience with pumping and fluid delivery equipment a plus.  
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.  
• Ability to stand and walk during the majority of  shift.
• Know how to use hand tools. 
• Hand spray application.
