#1817 HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Advise about HR matters (performance, disciplinary, conflict management) to employees and managers
- Use due diligence in addressing and investigating employee concerns.
- Manage HR databases
- Process employee records including employment life events (promotions, transfers, and terminations)
- Handle HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
- Identify training needs through evaluations and feedback and take charge of training programs.
- Support performance appraisals and assist in implementing improvement plans, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Possess knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and supporting audits and inspections related to internal HR system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or food industries
- Bilingual English/Japanese or English/Spanish Preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptability, with strong interpersonal and time-management skills
