#1821 Bilingual Culinary Assistant

Working hours:
- Both full-time and part-time availability considered.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 9:00am to 2:00pm required. Additional working hours outside these days and times are flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Creating recipes, from brainstorming stages to mass production.
- Overseeing recipe/product related documentation.
- Supporting other departments via market research, sampling, commercialization, shelf-life testing, evaluation of cost effectiveness for assigned projects.
- Report, communicate, discuss with management regularly to keep up with fast paced customer demands.
- Maintains cleanliness in office/work area.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Business level Japanese and English skills required
- Prior related work experiences required
- Classes/certifications from culinary school a plus
- Likes to cook a variety of different cuisines
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
