Responsibilities:

• Tracking shipments and communicating with clients and vendors about the shipment’s progress
• Reviewing all entries, documents and files records for accuracy before submitting to supervisor for final review.
• Booking the trucking arrangement for meeting customer’s requested ETA
• Coordinating any necessary ground transportation
• Compute international fees and manage payments for each shipment.
• Handle claims with insurance companies if any problems happen.
• Ensure that all documents comply with company policies and federal/state laws/regulations.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work at times under pressure.
• Possessing a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to occasionally travel for business
