Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Air Export Operations Staff member to support the coordination and processing of international air export shipments. This position will communicate with customers, overseas offices, airlines, and other logistics partners in both Japanese and English to ensure shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.

This position will communicate with customers, overseas offices, airlines, and other logistics partners in both Japanese and English to ensure shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.
Logistics industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor air export shipments from booking through delivery
- Communicate with customers, overseas offices, airlines, and other logistics partners in Japanese and English
- Prepare and process export-related documents and shipping information
- Track shipment status and provide updates to customers
- Assist with export procedures and customs-related documentation
- Enter and maintain shipment information in internal systems
- Handle customer inquiries and shipment-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shipments are processed accurately and on schedule
- Perform general administrative duties related to air export operations
Qualifications:
- Native-level Japanese/English proficiency required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong willingness to learn the logistics and international shipping industry
- Previous logistics or air export experience is a plus, but not required
