Summary of Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Creates specification documents for feeders and welders according to the customer needs.
• Prepares sales quotations for feeders, welders, weld guns, and timers based on the requests from Outside Sales and customers.
• Responds to customer inquiries regarding PO, shipping status, etc.
• Handles customer complaints, escalating to upper management as needed.

Procurement

• Obtains equipment quotes from overseas company office.
• Manages test piece fastener inspection and shipment.
• Issues purchase orders for feeders, welders, weld guns, and timers.
• Resolves any quality and delivery issues with overseas company office.

Technical Support

• Provides troubleshooting, evaluation, installation support, or training services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment on site and/or remotely.
• Recommends parts and equipment replacement for clients and support the internal quoting process.
• Performs feeder rebuilds and pre-shipment lab testing.

Other

• Administrative reports
• Acts as back up for Shipping Coordinator and Aftermarket Inside Sales.

Summary of Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering field preferred. (3+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales or field service considered in lieu of education).
• Automotive OEM, automation, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Customer service, business development, procurement, mechanical operations, or troubleshooting experience required.
• Basic print reading.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Professionalism.
• Willingness to travel 10% for business (less than once a month)
