Summary of Duties:

The shipping and receiving worker is responsible for the packing, shipping, receiving and other related tasks for timing handling and delivery of products.  The duties are as follows:

• Receive and pack parts according to packaging standards.
• Receive, prepare and handles orders received from Sales department for the  customer.
• Ship orders according to standard procedure.
• Maintain records and documents related to orders.
• Use hand and powered equipment to move product and raw materials on the floor
• Use hand and powered equipment to load/unload product and raw material on/off trucks.
• Observes safety of self and others at all time while performing duties. This includes keeping a clean workspace.
• May operate truck for pick up or delivery of parcels.
• Reports any product, material, equipment, and safety concerns to supervisor.
• Any other task as assigned.

Summary of Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. 0-1 years’ experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, or lift truck operations.
3. Driver’s license required.
4. Forklift certification (desired)
