Bond Consultants is the dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients - Global Logistics company is currently looking for an Import Coordinator. This position pays $18/hr and is temp-to-hire, with hiring and full benefits after three months. 

Summary of Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate shipments with the importer/customer  
• Data entry including data to US Customs and other government agencies 
• Document processing and checking 
• Monitoring shipments 
• Truck / Drayage arrangements with vendors 
• Arrangements with Warehouse department for receiving 
• Approve vendor invoices and process for payment 
• Generate invoice to customers   
• Audit and maintain files 
• Ensure the accuracy of all documents 

Summary of Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma required 
• 2-4 years of college education (or equivalent relevant experience) a huge plus 
• Strong written/oral communication skills 
• Basic arithmetic skills 
• Reasoning, decision making, and time management skills
