ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project Building
    a) Builds and maintains, with assistance, procedures and contacts for Korean market
  2. Travel Arrangements
    a) Arranges all services related to client travel e.g. air, hotel, car, individual, group, Visa processing
    b) Accompanying responsibilities: Issues invoices and collects payments, processes documents, reports travel data, makes estimations, etc.
  1. Exemplary Customer Service
    Provides desired service to satisfy different type of customers’ needs
    Responds promptly, professionally and accurately to customer requests
  1. Professional attitude
    a) Gathers knowledge of the travel industry and acquires technical skills through self-initiative
    b) Makes recommendations and proposals to clients

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), or some related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to operate a computer, knowledge of PC applications such as Email, Word, and Excel. PowerPoint is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to understand, read, speak and write in both English and Korean on a business level (Japanese skill is a plus)

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT

  • Regular phone and Email contact with all related parties
  • Trilingual environment (English, Korean and Japanese)
  • May be asked to travel or work overtime occasionally
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 #’s unassisted
