ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Building
a) Builds and maintains, with assistance, procedures and contacts for Korean market - Travel Arrangements
a) Arranges all services related to client travel e.g. air, hotel, car, individual, group, Visa processing
b) Accompanying responsibilities: Issues invoices and collects payments, processes documents, reports travel data, makes estimations, etc.
- Exemplary Customer Service
Provides desired service to satisfy different type of customers’ needs
Responds promptly, professionally and accurately to customer requests
- Professional attitude
a) Gathers knowledge of the travel industry and acquires technical skills through self-initiative
b) Makes recommendations and proposals to clients

Number of passengers per month (standard: 100+ per Agent/Month),

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), or some related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to operate a computer, knowledge of PC applications such as Email, Word, and Excel. PowerPoint is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to understand, read, speak and write in both English and Korean on a business level (Japanese skill is a plus)
WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
- Regular phone and Email contact with all related parties
- Trilingual environment (English, Korean and Japanese)
- May be asked to travel or work overtime occasionally
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 #’s unassisted
