Position Overview:
The role involves purchasing U.S. corn for shipment to Japan, facilitating communication between U.S. and Japanese stakeholders, analyzing U.S. corn market trends, coordinating logistics, and supporting international sales of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase corn at optimal price and quality, considering logistics.
• Provide Japanese/English interpretation during meetings.
• Research, analyze, and translate U.S. corn market trends for Japanese stakeholders.
• Coordinate storage and transport of corn shipments to Japan.
• Support international sales of new products from the parent company.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience.
• Professional-level Japanese/English translation and interpretation skills.
• Interest/experience in grain trading or agribusiness is a plus.
• College graduate with GPA 3.0+, JLPT N1
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel frequently.
• Open to all majors.

Compensation:

• Starting at $55,000 annually.
