Responsibilities:
- Collecting employee timesheets
- Using timesheets to calculate employee payroll
- Managing and updating payroll records
- Resolving payroll discrepancies
- Processing and issuing W-2 forms
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll handling is required
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Excellent calculation skills and attention to detail
- Excel, Microsoft world, Power Point, Outlook are a must.
